Famous Nigerian prophet Temitope Balogun ‘TB’ Joshua has reportedly died on Saturday evening at age 57.
A family member disclosed the death news to Peoples Gazette, saying that the pastor died shortly after an evening service, but cause of death is yet to be revealed, as the body is still at the morgue, and it’s believed an autopsy will be carried out soon.
Joshua is the founder of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) and owner of Emmanuel TV.
The pastor trends on social media as people express their shock at the news.
There was a time I was traveling to Cape Town, 90% of the South Africans on that plan wore Emmanuel T-shirt. The moment the plane touched down, they all chorused “Emmanuel”. This man made Nigeria worth visiting by many from different nations. He was our pride. Rest on TB Joshua pic.twitter.com/xheehBHQ2k

If there’s one thing that stands out from this man, its the fact that he’s a giver. This man inspired many pastors to start giving to the people. Rest on Prophet TB Joshua ππ½ pic.twitter.com/YNNLEyUP3g
